If she was taking a selfie then her face would have been shown with clarity on the screen of her cell phone when she turned it quickly the first time around... you stupid government morons.
Instead of her face, the wooden rim of the floor underneath the table of the couple who appeared on the same video was shown when she turned her cell phone quickly the first time around.
Throughout this first quick turn of her cell phone you can clearly see that said cell phone was facing towards the floor and at the direction of the couple who appeared on the same video
In addition, her entire behavior and body language does not indicate the taking of a selfie.
To all the Government Trolls who dared to try to discredit this video with stupid and baseless comments, unrelated to the content of this video, as well as to the wise guy who reported this video to the police... I say "GOOOOOOD LUCK" AND PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT...

To the Police who received this report I say...please contact me ...if you think you have a case but do your homework first and do not forget that you have to identify the person who made the report as well as the bimbo who got caught video taping in my direction and not selfie taking in her direction.
You, as the Police, must also keep in mind that Starbucks' security video logs, which are audio enabled, are kept longer than 3 years and that no security cameras would show, even remotely, that any type of assault or criminal conduct was committed by me.. The elements of any offenses, and you know you must meet all elements for any offense, will never be met and/or legally satisfied...simply because nothing criminal ever happened, at least not by me.
If anything, a thorough discovery process can and will produce evidence that she, much like the person who reported this video to you, has committed, among other things, the criminal act of stalking. For the reporter of this video, add the "cyber-stalking" offense also.
Said Discovery process can and will reveal things that you do not want revealed....so exercise caution how you "FRAME ME". SUCH TYPE OF REVELATIONS, AND WE BOTH KNOW WHAT THOSE ARE AND WHAT THEY MEAN FOR YOU, CAN CAUSE THEM TO "SING" LIKE BIRDS TO A TUNE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE...!!
In addition, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOTE THAT she never complained of the matters reported by the person who reported this video to you nor did she file any reports about same matters.
I ALSO ADVISE YOU TO LOOK INTO POST EVENT CHARGES AND/OR AFTER THE FACT CHARGES especially of this sort...you get my drift ...I am sure..
